Our Frozen Fusions machine blends real fruit with scoops of ice cream or frozen yoghurt, producing a soft-serve-style dessert. Simply insert the fruit and ice cream into the hopper, pull the handle to activate the motor, and serve a smooth, delicious treat instantly. No syrups, artificial mixes, or pre-made bases required.

We’re based in Johannesburg but offer delivery and service options across South Africa. For purchases outside Gauteng we work with regional partners or offer courier solutions with secure packaging.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that delivery time frames depend on your location.

We provide remote setup support and optional WhatsApp/email support.

Yes, you may return purchased units within 7 days for a full refund (if unused and in original packaging). Used units may be subject to inspection and a restocking fee. See our detailed return policy for more details.

We currently accept payments via EFT. In the case of rentals, please ensure that you make payment at least two days prior to the collection/delivery date. Machines will only be released once payment has cleared in our account.
